We’re excited to be introducing a new Pelvic Floor Pilates class designed specifically for women who want to rebuild strength and confidence in their bodies.
This small-group class focuses on safe, targeted exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and deep core, helping with concerns such as postpartum recovery, bladder leakage, pelvic floor weakness, and returning to exercise safely after pregnancy. The sessions will combine clinical knowledge from women’s health physiotherapy with gentle but effective Pilates-based movement.
Whether you’re recently postpartum or years after having babies, this class is designed to help you reconnect with your body and build strength from the inside out.
